Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in providing top-quality customer service by offering price quotes on replacement/spare parts, delivering essential troubleshooting assistance, and collaborating with our Engineering and Purchasing departments to address complex issues and ensure timely delivery of parts orders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails.
- Generate price quotes for replacement/spare parts.
- Offer essential troubleshooting assistance for minor problems with machines in the field.
- Collaborate with the Engineering department to resolve complex issues.
- Work with Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery of parts orders.
- Liaise with vendors for updated pricing and lead times for customer part quotes.
- Monitor and manage open part orders to prevent delays.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College Degree – Optional.
- Customer Service Experience – 2-4 years (Preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time, working 40 hours weekly, Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
The minimum requirement is to work at least 1 Saturday per quarter for additional ongoing training on equipment.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $42,000/year and after one year: $46,000/year
