Conveyor Parts Washer With standard hinged, lift-up canopy lids for easy access.
The C-14 conveyor parts washer embodies the most advanced concepts in aqueous conveyor washing technology and machine manufacturing. As such, using standard modules and accessories, we easily configure systems to meet customers’ high volume production requirements and the most stringent cleanliness specifications.
Altogether, the C-14 tunnel washer line consists of four principal modules and numerous options/accessories, which are designed around a 14” wide conveyor belt. Overall, there are two spray modules and two drying modules.
Furthermore, a single module conveyor belt washer will suffice if you only need to wash parts. If the parts need to be washed, rinsed, and dried, then a multi-stage conveyor parts washer would be created by ordering at least three modules. Most notably, customers can choose any number of modules in the table above and put them in virtually any sequence. What’s more, the customer can add other stages for additional rinsing, phosphate coating, rust-inhibiting, and sealing. Altogether, a tunnel washer is ideal for high-volume clean applications for basic part geometries. Generally, a conveyor parts washer is used in the following industries: automotive, metalworking, metal preparation, rail and transit, maintenance and repair, organic waste, and medical waste.
Designed to Improve Your Processes
Lastly, the modular design of Better Engineering’s Cyberjet tunnel washer provides flexibility to add additional modules to expand or modify the system in the future without welding. Markedly, multiple hinged doors on the front side of the C-14 canopy offer complete access to the spray, dry, and buffer areas. Moreover, our C-14 belt conveyor spray washers are commonly modified to include part fixturing, robot load and unload, and return to operator conveyor belts.
