Conveyor parts washers are ideal for facilities with high-volume cleaning applications. A conveyor parts washer, otherwise known as a conveyor belt washer, will automatically convey parts in a production line through a tunnel for cleaning stages. Manually cleaning large volumes of parts requires substantial labor, produces inconsistent results, and utilizes an uncontrolled amount of water. Conversely, a tunnel washer reduces labor costs, significantly reduces water and detergent consumption, and provides consistent, repeatable results

Our conveyor belt systems are engineered to meet high-volume production requirements and stringent cleanliness specifications. BE’s conveyor belt washer is used in numerous applications such as space, metalworking, metal preparation, aerospace, automotive, organic waste, and medical waste.
Conveyor Belt washer that Promotes Efficiency
The hallmark feature of the Cyberjet conveyor parts washer is the modular construction, which allows the customer to extend or otherwise modify the system in the future. BE builds these parts washers with a standard wash, rinse, fresh rinse, and dry modules bolted together, not welded. Other stages may be added for additional rinsing, phosphate coating, rust inhibiting, and sealing. Moreover, the spray chambers feature extended drain areas and a severely pitched carriage tray to prevent splash-out and cross-contamination, along with stainless steel manifolds. BE’s tunnel washer offers heated/ambient drying modules, vacuuming drying, and simple blow-off sections to suit your drying requirements.
BE’s conveyor parts washer can range from single-stage to large, multi-stage systems with standard belt widths in 6″, 14″, 24″, 36″, and 48″. Custom smaller and larger size systems are also available. Optional features include various filtration elements, gas or steam heat in lieu of electric, steam exhaust and mist collector systems, special belting and fixtures, and more.
