Better Engineering Key Personnel

Keith Hiss, President and GM
After graduating from college in 1980 with a bachelor degree in biochemistry, Keith joined the family business which had a small division called Better Engineering. Shortly after joining the company, Better Engineering developed their first water-based parts cleaning system. The rest, as they say, is history. Today, Better Engineering is recognized as one of the premier manufacturers of automated parts cleaning systems. Keith is active in every level of the business from design and production to sales and customer service. |
Denise Hussar, Vice President
Denise joined Better Engineering in 1982 after graduating from college with a degree in business/accounting. Denise is the second family member in the business and oversees finance, accounting, and human resources. Together, Keith and Denise are proud to serve and lead a family enterprise started in 1960. |

Matthew Kelly, Director of Sales
Matt has been a valuable member of Better Engineering's team from the day he started work in 1985. After running several sales programs for the company, Matt is now in charge of all sales functions...civilian and military, domestic and international. Matt is a seasoned veteran in the parts cleaning business, has a high level of technical expertise, and does a great job of protecting BE's biggest asset...the customer. |

Carl Martin, Sales Manager
Carl has been with Better Engineering since 1991. He is in charge of US sales and distribution. Carl actually started in the engineering department and has a strong technical background in parts cleaning systems. |

Jeanne Rambow, Purchasing & Production Manager
Jeanne has been an invaluable member of the Better Engineering team since 1997. Though she has a soft touch with her employees, she runs a tight ship and is tough when it comes to meeting customer expectations. Jeanne has a strong relationship with BE's vendors and not only pursues high standards in purchasing quality materials, but also keeps her vendors competitive with pricing so that the savings passes on to our customers. |

Annette Hill, Service Manager
Annette has been with Better Engineering since 1993 and is currently the Customer Service Manager. She has the bottom line responsibility for solving customer problems and sending correct parts and supplies to customers on a timely basis. Annette also tracks customers complaints and part failures.

Judi Fisher, Marketing Manager
Judi has been with Better Engineering since 1994. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing for the company including print, web and telemarketing. Judi's original expertise was in sales; however, she has worked in a variety of capacities during her tenure with Better Engineering. Judi and her marketing team use their talents and experience to improve the visibility of Better Engineering Mfg. in this competitive market. |
