Problem
This company is 100% dedicated to cellular manufacturing. Thus, all machinery needs to meet the criteria of a “work cell.” In this case, the customer needed a small, compact cleaning system that could thoroughly clean front engine covers prior to assembly.

Solution/System An F-4000-PCS turntable parts washing system. This unit has special fixtures (white plastic blocks) and “flushing” nozzles that move with the parts as the turntable rotates. Their machine has two (2) tanks and automatically sequences through wash, rinse and dry stages.
