Background
This customer sells, leases and repairs construction
equipment. Their repair and maintenance facility runs
24 hours a day and does a huge amount of work. They perform
a gamut of repair and rebuild services that include rebuilding
diesel engines, repairing hydraulic cylinders, etc.
Problem
With business expanding, they needed to upgrade
and add cleaning equipment in their main diesel engine
rebuilding center. The new machinery had to be reliable
since this center is the mainstay of their service operations.

Solution/System
F-8000LX-P and F-10,000LX-P parts washing systems.
The F-8000LX-P parts washer has a 80" diameter
turntable that can hold a 10,000 lb. payload. The
working height is 72" and the pump output is
400 GPM at 150 PSI.
The F-10,000LX-P parts washer has a 100" diameter
turntable and can handle parts up to 20,000 lbs.!
The 70 HP pump outputs 450 GPM at 200 PSI. |
